Congrats on being selected to play Magnolia Roads American Roots Hoedown VII. Grateful for your participation. Magnolia Roads started 7 years ago with 4 act one night at The 5 Spot. After 2 years of being virtual excited to come back live in-person for a 3-day weekend of music with over 30 acts 7 years later. Magnolia Roads is a family. Some of you are OGs, others making their Hoedown debut. I request everyone come to all the shows to support each other. In the words of Don Gallardo, it’s a family reunion. Others have called it a Love Fest.

• Important we all promote and invite folks. It takes the community all of working together to make the Hoedown a success. 

MagRds shows run on time. Minimal turnover time. Load in/out as quickly as possible. Get gear your gear off stage then pack up, please & thanks. Zero tolerance for running over time; it is disrespectful to act following you. ***You and everyone in your band must arrive at least 30 minutes before your set***

• Money: I will combine all 3 nights and pay main contact via Paypal or Venmo. --- all shows $10 door

 *** EXTRAS! One goodie bag for each act and commemorative poster for each performers. 

I’ll have a couple posters I request every performer sign.
